Positive: Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

Negative: Our balcony wouldn't have minded a small vacuuming.

Negative: the reception guy with glasses was very unfriendly, 16:00 let me wait more than 10 mins , not even starting with” sorry for the waiting” check-in without ask my passport ,then later I asked how many restaurant in the hotel，he said one（the buffet） i saw at least 2 or 3 on the post later。 Then he pushed me to pay the dinner Advance. isaid i will be back 10 mins after luggage in tge room，he still insist…seriously？And he saw us with kid doesn't offer move our luggage to the room. mamamia really this is first time feel“5STARTS hotel”like this.

Summary: i won‘t recomend any foreigner come to stay here seems like they are local welcome only

Positive: Amazing complex with heated pool, playground (in- and outdoor) and restaurants. If you’re looking for a luxury stay without cultural or personal touch, this is it!

Negative: It is super luxurious with impersonal staff and away from everything. Without a car you rely on taxis (15 min to town) and the hikes around the property aren’t interesting. All extras (diner, breakfast, coffee) are well overpriced.
