Summary: The house was as listed, was perfect for our stay. Has old charm. Love the upper deck area at nighttime. The only thing I would note is that if you are towing a boat you can’t park it on the property due to space and location so make other arrangements to park the boat in the dirt lot when you first enter into the Martinez lake community.

Summary: Nice house with a lot of history, as others have mentioned it's not modern and impeccably clean, however that's what brings it's charm. It's a wonderful house full of amazing history with a great property and gorgeous view. Would gladly stay again. The blacklight around the central fireplace/dining table was an unexpected bonus surprise!

Summary: Great property. The best house I have ever booked at Fishers/ Martinez. Unbelievable views from the living room and roof deck. The private sand bar and boat dock are the best amenities any house has in the area. Hands down would recommend coming here again!

Summary: We had the best time at the Showboat and can not wait to return! The location, semi private beach, lay out of the house and views from everyone window made for a perfect vacation for 2 families. We enjoyed the charm & history of the house. We’re able to manage with 4 kids ( 8-10) getting up & down the path ways no problem. The property manager was quick to reply. The dock was great for our sea doos, boat & fishing! As mentioned before- we can not wait to return! We really enjoyed our time. Thank you!
