Positive: Lovely place for a stopover. The host Phumlani explained everything well and was up early as we left very early to help us before we left. I was initially worried because the room was cold but with the electric blanket and blankets provided we were super warm the whole night. The place is super clean and the blankets and pillows smelled fresh.
Negative: The owner called me the following day mistaking me for another guest that stayed in a different room, seems like there was something wrong from her tone, after finding out I'm not the person she was looking for there was no apology nothing, just dropped the call,that wasn't very nice and left a bit of a bitter taste especially after we had such a great stay and great host.
