Negative: No aircon unfortunately, though there is a fan. Unfortunately I booked on a fairly hot day so an aircon would have been appreciated.

Negative: There was no heater or maybe I just could not find it. Also I found out that there was an electric blanket on the bed but I did see it probably because I was tired. just in future these little things like fan/aircon and heater/electric blanket can be flashed out for visitors like how we flash out the wifi password. Overall, I love the place and I have recommended it to my colleagues .

Positive: A beautiful setting with quaint decor in a safe neighborhood. Such beautiful gardens and attention to detail (towels at the swimming pool) . the host was very helpful and helped us plan our itinerary.

Positive: Neat & easy to find… staff communicating with us until our arrival… helpful & welcoming. I also liked the fact that the place accommodates kids.
Negative: The bed was uncomfortable. I think the beds need to be changed. Linen is clean though, just the mattress is old .

Positive: Bedroom was nice, comfortable bed and clean. They made an effort to put us close to our kid's room. Owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful, they made our one night stay memorable.
Negative: The bathroom didn't match the room, Rusty showerhead and soap rack need urgent attention.
