Positive: Loved the2 bed ground floor apartment. The location was exquisite being on the sea front. It was also close, but not too close to a Co-Op & a few amusements.

Negative: Needs a new tin opener! That's about it really.

Positive: The location was perfect for us as we were attending the Bay Tales event at the Whitley Bay Playhouse on Saturday and fringe events at The Crab and Waltzer and Library. We had booked it last year and were impressed so booked again for this year. It had everything we needed and was perfectly clean.

Negative: Nothing really.

Summary: Great location, lovely clean accommodation and very comfortable.

Positive: The apartment was lovely and contained everything we needed. The bed in the back bedroom is so comfy, can't speak for bedroom 2 as it was never used. Excellent facilities all round and secure parking was a bonus. The view was amazing and the window seat was brilliant. Spanish City is well worth a visit along with St Mary's Lighthouse and the seals.

Negative: There was a child upstairs that ran the entire length of the upstairs apartment on a daily basis and you heard every single step. This was every morning from 7am until said child went to bed. We came for a peaceful week away as we are up every day at 6am for work so as you can imagine the wakeup call at 7am was not what we came away for. We would come back as the location is superb but we would stay in the upstairs apartment and then we could have a peaceful weeks holiday.

Summary: Lovely location and apartment ruined by the noise from upstairs.
