Positive: Entry was very easy as there was a lock box outside front door, so we didn't have to time our arrival with meeting the host. The code was provided prior to arrival.

Negative: Only one key provided. Two would be better as my wife and I went out for a walk but my teenage daughter wanted to stay in the apartment, so she had to lock us out and then let us back in.

Summary: We had a great time visiting. The property was as described and very comfortable.

Positive: Apartment was very clean & very comfortable. Lovely shower with lots of hot water. Host responded very quickly when told we couldnt get TV to work

Positive: The code to get the key was wrong, however I rung up and got the correct code within a few mins, no bother. Very clean property, well looked after up to date facilities. Great location as short walk from beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Will stay here again if I am in Newcastle area again. Parking spot outside the property too which was a bonus!

Positive: Outstanding in every way . Well equipped , spotless , lovely touches by the host

Negative: The mattress on the right hand side of the king , was gone. It wasn’t an issue as we changed it for the one in the front room. But it does need replacing .

Positive: This little flat is a gem, bang in Whitely bay so the location is good. It's decorated beautifully and you will sleep well if you are in the main bedroom.

Negative: The second bedroom only has room for two small beds, the curtains in that room do not block out the sun and in the summer up here it gets light at 3.30 in the morning!
