The property is situated on 1.6 acres of beach front land in Toogoom with direct access to the beach.
This 5 bedroom (1K,2Q,1D,2S) ensuite + bathroom home offers accommodation for 10 guests with all the comforts you would expect.
In summer enjoy the large inground pool and in winter the gas fireplace in the lounge. New Smart TV installed to lounge room November 2020.
Ducted airconditioning and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable on hot or cool days.
The large modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer.
Enjoy your meals in the dining room or eat and cook outside under the huge covered fenced veranda with Gas BBQ.
Outside pets are welcome and have plenty of room to run around in the fenced yard.
Fish off the beach or bring the boat, there is lots of room in the yard and the boat ramp is only a 5 minute drive away.
Retail therapy and food shopping is available in Hervey Bay only a 15 minute drive.
Goody's and the Salty Squid restaurant on the Toogoom waterfront are a good option for the times you do not feel like cooking.
Hand rails in main bathroom, 2 toilets, pool and flat concrete access at front door and path to the pool canmake this property suitable forguests needing a bit of extra help or using a wheelchair. (Please look at photos or book in an inspection of the property to make sure it is suitable for your individual needs). Home is fully security screened.

Summary: Had a great stay for a long weekend getaway with family. Plenty of room for us all, well layed out and lots of little extras. We didn't need to take anything other than food and drinks. Great kitchen, lots of crockery, glasses etc. Great beach for walking and finding little treasures. Pool is fabulous. Thanks for a great stay we will be back.

Summary: Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. we had a little problem with keys when checking in, but we called after hours phone and manager immediately came up with a solution. Definitely we will be back. Highly recommend this place.
