WELCOME TO THE OFFICE
The Office is set in the popular seaside town of Toogoom, just 15 minutes north of Hervey Bay, the whale watching capital of Australia. Holiday in Toogoom from July to October and join one of the whale watching cruises to experience the majestic whales up close. Toogoom offers the perfect mix of outdoor beach & water activities teamed with the relaxation of a slow paced seaside village.
The Office is a modern 2-storey property with direct access through the rear tropical garden pathway onto the white sands of Toogoom Beach. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards, cricket bats and soccer balls and experience a great family holiday.
Beautifully appointed with polished hardwood timber floors throughout, three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms one with a full size bath, a well-appointed modern kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Take the inside out through bifold doors onto a spacious covered deck for the perfect outdoor entertaining space to enjoy with family & friends.
UPSTAIRS – Open plan living with air conditioning
The kitchen is well appointed with a 90cm electric oven & gas hotplates plus all the modern cons, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a 2-drawer dishwasher, and a 3-door fridge /freezer with ice maker. There is ample room for all your holiday goodies in the spacious kitchen and preparing meals is made easy with a great selection of pots, pans, crockery & cutlery.
Dining – The dining area offers a large dining table with comfortable seating for 8 plus a further 4 stools along the kitchen bench.
Entertainment Living Area - Sink into one of the three comfy lounges with seating for 6 and settle in for a movie night with your favourite platform on the Smart TV complete with home theatre system and surround sound.
Bedrooms – The Office features three spacious bedrooms upstairs complete with air conditioning. 2 x queen and 1 x king beds. Linen is included with all beds made up for your arrival. Bath towels and beach towels are supplied.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with walk-in robe and ensuite with spa bath & shower.
Bedroom 2 & 3 offer queen size beds and built-in robes.

Summary: This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The quick access to the beach meant we could make multiple trips a day and enjoyed both low and high tides. The kitchen is so well stocked and we were able to cook all our meals easily every night. The management looking after the house was lovely to deal with and always responded promptly.

Summary: Absolutely Gem of a place, house is beautiful, 30 second stroll to the beach. Great outdoor area, fully fenced for pets, quiet. 3 very spacious bedroom and 2 seperate bathrooms, huge kitchen. Just a divine place for a holiday to just chill. Nice convenience store 3 minutes walk away, makes great burgers and other foods. Fantastic restaurant restaurant 10-15 minutes drive away, we went there twice, service was great as was the food. Would love to go back. Easy check in and check out. Cannot find anything but extremely positive things to say, loved it.

Summary: Our second visit to this property, this time with our kids and their partners and fur babies. Love it because the dog beach is just a walk through the back gate, no cars to travel needed. House is superb, clean and well stocked and comfortable. Will hopefully be back again sometime.
