Positive: Property was in a beautiful location very warm and had a lovely feel to it. Felt like a home away from home. Plenty of towels, lovely facilities, beds comfy!

Negative: We had extremely loud people check into the apartment above us. This was reported to the salt staff and they advised these people would be reminded about noise levels but it continued to be an issue with the guests banging slamming and dragging of furniture consistently almost every hour of the day and night go the rest of our trip - aside from just being incredibly irritating it actually kept waking our small children (actually woke them a handful of times across multiple nights during Christmas Eve especially between the hours of 11:30pm and 5am!!) I’m not so reassured that the salt staff actually spoke to them at all. When I contacted the staff on another occasion to report it further, they didn’t respond to me. I have also since sent them a message regarding a strange smell to the apartment which we couldn’t work out, assumed it was possibly a woody natural smell from the wooden ceilings or just being an older renovated building but on our last evening before checkout our children were looking under the sofa for any christmasy toys they may have dropped and my son discovered a mouldy baguette/ham sandwich under there!! We immediately notified the staff and have up until now still have had no response regarding this matter from them. It’s a shame as the start of our stay was going really pleasantly we thought it was so peaceful and homely, we were really enjoying it but the lack of decency from other guests and the lack of hygiene along with the staff ignoring messages is really what has spoiled the trip for us. Especially considering they charge an £80 cleaning fee and the apartment wasn’t even clean for us from the previous guests!!

Positive: Really a well thought out apartment. Very organised and it has everything. Super clean. Washing machine. and i would rate this the best place of our stay.

Negative: Parking is a distance away. Public parking. but it is relatively cheap at 6 euros. Everything else is great. You can take a train to Salzburg from there. You´ll need to pay for the tickets.
