Positive: The hotel is very nice. It is so beautiful, and the staff were awesome. The bed is one of the best I have ever slept on. Continental breakfast was fine. Felt safe in the town but realize it is a small town,

Negative: It is a historic inn and so the floors are squeaky. Ok if you are on second floor but there is no elevator, so you have to get your suitcases upstairs.

Positive: Beautiful old world accommodation. Very grand in a small town.

Negative: Felt we were given a shoe box to sleep in under the stairs. The hotel was beautiful and we loved being able to sit on the balcony in the evening Unfortunately we were given a room that was obviously a small connecting room which would be ok if you were a family and it was a second room. But for two people it was very small especially when we saw the connecting room the next day. Felt a bit put out considering the price we paid.

Positive: Beautiful old hotel with a lot of history and very strong presence in the local community still today. We enjoyed having an aperitivo on the patio, dinner in the restaurant and a drink in the bar downstairs with the locals!

Negative: Breakfast could definitely be improved! It is what you expect in a highway motel but not a more exquisite (and more expansive!) hotel!
