Positive: Location, staff & the points were great as well.

Negative: Room was extremely cold when we arrived and we had to turn on the heater and leave it on all night to get the room up to temp. Room not fully finished from refurbishment but was 95% done. Still needed some painting

Positive: We stayed over last minute as attending a funeral. We hadnt organised breakfast but they got the chef to come in early to do breakfast for us. Staff couldnt have been more helpful

Negative: Bathroom was a bit rundown with dodgy toilet lid but it was clean and perfect for our needs.
