Summary: Front desk staff was dismissive and unwelcoming, I had to inquire about the destination fee instead of an explanation upon check-in. I called down to front desk to obtain cutlery for my food and was told "Yeah, but you gotta come down to get it, we're not bringing it up". I've never experienced such lazy lack of service before in my life, and it was not busy. Front desk staff did not even say hello and acted like any question I had was an annoyance. Incredibly disappointing when I paid 1.6k for 3 night stay. If I was being a Karen or a bother I would understand the front desk staff's attitudes but I literally only called or approached them 3 times in 3 days. Lobby bartender and breakfast staff were great. Suite was nice. I will not return though due to front desk staff.

Summary: The $25 extra fee after I booked was stupid either include it in your already expensive room rate or don’t charge. Also having to sign up for a Marriott account to get WiFi is infuriating.

Summary: The Row Hotel is 10 out of 10. From the minute you go in, you can smell the cleanliness. The decor is beautiful and modern , the service is excellent, the room very clean and comfortable, and the area was amazing. Lots of stores and restaurants around it as well as the subway station to commute to different tourist destinations. Planning to go back soon!!

Summary: From the start I felt deceived and not welcomed her attention seemed to be somewhere else. No robes or enough cups in the room. The beds where uncomfortable and even with the air-conditioning off it was still cold. At breakfast i was charged with original waitress until another waitress overheard me ask why i was being charged. To much for my stay. Parking for handicap was ridiculous.
