Positive: I liked the off-the-grid aspect to the property. Beautiful surrounds and luscious green forest... Loved the construction of the home, very homely and warm with the fireplace.

Negative: sadly the on-site cafe was closed on the days we stayed at the property.

Positive: Unique house in a gorgeous location in the hills. Fabulous views from most windows and the deck. The Woodford meant we were cosy and warm.

Negative: The kitchen, in particular, the cupboards are in need of cleaning.

Positive: The location was tranquil. Beautiful outlook. We had sun one day and rain the next, both had their beauty. The architecture was very unique and took such great advantage of the environment.

Negative: The windows were very dirty. The bedrooms were very small with nowhere to put luggage. We did not realise just how steep the steps would be, very challenging for an aging person.

Positive: Great place to stay, nothing like this.Great architecture all build by the owner himself, amazing view! We also had an amazing diner at the Butterfly Cafe on-site.
