Summary: Georgia and Peter are wonderful hosts. Our room was so comfortable and included everything you'd need for self catering. Loved the freshly baked bread and loose leaf tea. An easy walk into town. Deloraine Espresso makes the best coffee and we enjoyed our meals at The Empire Hotel.

Summary: Firstly communication from owners Georgia and Peter was exceptional. The property location is perfect being a short walk to top of main St and in a beautiful tree lined street. And the ambiance and facilities magnificent, we loved the history and charm with all the facilities needed including nice welcome and generous breakfast to prepare in your room as needed. We stayed 2 nights 3-4th may in the Gannon's family suite. Would not hesitate to stay again

Summary: We had no worries whatsoever about our stay as we received many emails and messages regarding our booking. On the day of our arrival, we received a text message informing us that we could check in early if we wanted, so we were shown to our room two hours earlier than the normal check-in time. Freshly baked bread and special "Blakes Manor Breakfast Hamper" were also very delicious and we were very satisfied. The accommodation is in a very convenient location for getting everywhere and also has a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We came to Deloraine for work and needed to relax before and after work, so this was just perfect! We really enjoyed our stay here in Blakes Manor. Thank you very much Georgia-san and and Peter-san.

Summary: Like stepping into another time. The furniture was mostly antique, good kitchen, beautiful garden, lovely quiet town. Big supermarket 5 mins walk, large laundromat just round the corner, pub and food shops in easy walking distance. Georgia and Peter went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, provided some food and groceries to get us started and delicious home baked bread, along with lots of info about the area. The location is beautiful, in town but surrounded by mountains and woodlands. Truly lovely people and a totally enjoyable stay.
