Positive: Location was really good and there was plenty of space in the property.

Negative: Kitchen area was pretty grubby as were some other areas. Discarded underwear from previous users under the bed. The gardens were pretty overgrown.

Negative: Parking was hard, but isnt it always. Property came with one space at the back.
