Summary: Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated. Very nice spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very nice but slow service. Great location for train station, town centre and Hexagon theatre. Room a bit warm.

Summary: Car parking is a major problem!! And for this reason, I would not be returning, so lucky to get a small car parking space; otherwise, it would have meant parking off-site, which I would not have liked at all. The reception team were not very good at all, and had very poor customer service. Very disappointing
