Summary: Room was very damp, wallpaper peeling off the walls, water streaming down the windows Asked for room service which never arrived! Room just needed an upgrade and some serious ventilation. Hotel piano was open to all guests but anyone who fancied a tinker could be heard in the room at any time of the evening

Summary: 12 steps to get up to the main floor. With heavy luggage that was difficult. Rooms are nice but since the windows are single pane not very quiet. Lots of street noise.

Summary: Beautiful building and interior. We came for our mini honeymoon and got ungraded. We had a congratulations note with chocolates in the room and rose petals scattered on a king size bed. Large room, large bathroom. Decent breakfast but quite minimalistic for £20/person.
