Positive: Booked this place for work trip in Grays, was amazing property, large spacious room, with a huge king size bed, mattress was hotel quality but was way better price than hotels in the area! This property was very close to the town centre only 15min walk and had plenty of parking on the drive! The house is very nice and clean and had all the necessary amenities for my stay, will definitely be back again and will be recommending it to my other colleagues, thank you for a great stay

Positive: Amazing stay at The Rose, the property was very clean, I stayed in a spacious room. The host was very responsive in their communication, and there was a big driveway to park on, parking was only £20 for my stay. The location was well connected to the town centre and a short distance from a massive shopping centre - Lakeside shopping centre.
