Summary: Did not have breakfast with package as on a cruise that morning. Staff friendly and professional room clean and comfortable 👌 only negative was traffic noise throughout the night thus did not sleep well but for the price excellent value for money

Summary: Staff were friendly, hotel was clean. Road noise could be a problem but I alway take earplugs to hotels. Bed was hard but ok to sleep on. Small problem was my husband is 6’4 and the sloping ceilings in the room and in the shower were too low for him to stand under. Receptionist should have had more thought when placing us in a room.

Summary: The staff are fantastic .. Paige on the front desk was just amazing. The hotel was very short staffed due to illnesses, so Paige had many hats! The hotel itself is clean, however it really does need to be decorated! There is a horrible smell of damp in the hallways and rooms! We had to move rooms due to a broken toilet!

Summary: Nice english breakfast, reception good when check inn but i called 15 times from room but never they answer phone .the day i was living i told them i will sleep until 1pm instead checking out jntil 11 , and whwn i am leaving i pay her the 15 pounds they ask extra because i wanted to sleep so badly after breakfast . But they said i got to go down immediately and pay . It was like i was going to cheat them and not pay later . I was dissappinted so i left 11 . Disappointed

Summary: Greeted at reception with a sigh by a guy with jeans and tee shirt wearing ear pods who didn’t come over as interested or professional. Hotel is more of a contractors hotel , dates and shabby , poor quality food
