Positive: The location is perfect and the price is reasonable.

Negative: Firstly, I have arrived in Singapore from a 7 hour trip from Malaysia and when I reached the accommodation the Filipina lady (Ms. Chris) seems to be in a bad mood. She asked me to check on their tablet but not looking at me (unprofessional) and I told her that I already did online then she angrily said, get your key there in the basket ( sounds without any respect). Then she said to me to go to room E. When I was looking for the room, I only saw Rooms A, B and C and next is the toilet so I came back to her and asked (remember that its my first time to stay in a capsule/bedspace since I always book for a hotel, but Singapore is expensive so I chose this option) then she slightly shouted that "it's at the end go further after the toilet". Do I know that? Come on! Instead of guiding me going to the room, she did that to me. So I told if she is in a bad mood, she should not work that day. It affects all customers. I really need to voice this out because this is not how customer service works as I work in the same field too. I was about to give you at least 8/10 but due to this incident, I give it a 5.
