Summary: Beautiful property and great location. Welcoming and professional staff at check in. Easy/affordable onsite garage parking at $15 Euro/day. Super clean, updated and quiet. 15 min walk to English Market. Staff was kind to extend our parking after we checked out so we could explore the city center on foot without having to re park off site, this was a huge help! 15 ish minutes to Blarney Castle, shirt walk to shops, eateries and convenience stores.

Summary: Great location and lovely hotel, very nice rooms and the staff really helpful. We sent some requests before we travelled and they sorted everything, wpuld definitely stay here again. Try to get a view of the River Lee if you can 👍

Summary: We spent one night here and got a large double twin — spacious and spotless. The staff were the highlight: we asked for extra pillows and a fan, and someone sorted it quickly without any fuss. Parking was easy, and the food had real care behind it — nothing overdone, just done properly. The whole place carries itself with a quiet sophistication rather than anything showy. Would happily stay again.

Summary: Really really impressed by this hotel. The staff were the shinning light form check in, evening meal in the restaurant to the breakfast then check out staff. they were all a pleasure to interact with and a credit to the hotel. The room was large, clean, and well equipped. staying there was a genuine pleasure and i would recommend to any travellers

Summary: Location was within walking distance to some nice pubs and resturants. They have two bars and the bigger one is nicer than the one in the lobby area. But works. The one in the bigger bar also has music.
