Positive: Lovely spacious apartment for the 3 of us. It had nice amenities like welcoming bottle of prosecco, toiletries, washer and dryer, elevator. The breakfast was delicious and our host Antonello was very gracious and helpful.

Positive: Antonello was very friendly and picked us up from the bus station due to our late arrival. He got us set up in the apartment upon arrival. The breakfast at the bar downstairs was excellent and the owners were very friendly. Also, the owner at the pizza shop downstairs was friendly. We felt very welcomed by everyone!

Positive: Antonello met us outside the property to hand over the keys. He also kept in touch with us prior to our arrival to ensure we could find the B&B without issue. Very kind and accommodating. Took us upstairs to the apartment and explained everything. We were a family of 4 adults and the apartment was more than sufficient for our stay. It had everything we needed. Antonello is a great host who makes sure to tend to every detail. The breakfast that is included is fantastic. Conveniently located in the cafe on the ground floor. The location could not be more convenient. Only a few steps away from Boiano's town center where you will find many places to eat, drink or do a little shopping. This place is a true gem. I would highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting Boiano - Top Notch!

Positive: What I really liked about the apartment is that it had a kitchen and especially a wash and dryer. I felt like it was in my own home. The owner is so kind and so nice and always asked if we needed something. The River House is centrally located right in Boiano Would definitely return

Positive: Everything was perfect, cleanliness, location and comfort. Washing machine, dryer, kitchen equipped with all utensils, electric coffee machine, kettle for tea and herbal teas. Brand new bathroom and very comfortable shower box. The breakfast at the pastry shop downstairs is superb. Highly recommended even for those like us who only speak English. The host Antonio also speaks English well

Positive: The location is very central,the apartment in general.Everything was super clean! The host was very nice and flexible.Breakfast is served in the Cafe located just down the building.We are very happy with how our stay went and will definitely come back! I surely recommend this apartment 😁
