Summary: The entire staff was friendly and helpfull. A very big thank you for Claudia from the Beach Club. She was very prompt and friendly for any require we had. At some point we need some additional assistance for my husband who didn' t feel well. She was very to help.

Summary: Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially ‘The Retreat’ if you’re travelling as adults only. Our pool was generally very quiet and the service poolside was great - the tapas for lunch at Mirador was also a lovely addition, again with great staff and service. The little touches in our room for birthdays and our wedding anniversary was so nice, plus at our evening meals. Thank you again to all of the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable trip!

Summary: A truly exceptional stay. Rooms are beautifully designed, spotless and tranquil.Service was second to none, We were lucky enough to be up graded to the retreat which was perfect. Breakfast was a treat, with a huge buffet to select from as well as off the menu choices. Cant recommend highly enough .

Summary: One or two challenges were dealt with swiftly and effectively by the team and particular compliments to Gonzalo and Joao Couto for their kindness. The Club area is indeed some experience and Joao and his team should be complimented for their responsiveness

Summary: This was the most incredible experience for me. The staff was very attentive and friendly and I felt at home. The restaurants are amazing and the view is just awesome. The staff is on it and your request are always taken into consideration. Specially the concierge team ( Gaida) was very helpful to me and made me feel the love. It was a truely remarkable experience.
