Positive: Well run and very well appointed hotel in an excellent location directly above the Convention Centre metro station (Exit D - oddly the hotel is not marked on the station exit boards and the hotel website doesn't give this detail). "Standard" King rooms are a generous size with a well appointed bathroom. Service is clearly a priority and the multi-lingual staff are very keen to assist.

Negative: Nothing bad here.

Positive: Wonderful location of the hotel at the centre of Shenzhen. Very convenient with easy access to subway and a lot of shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

Summary: Exceptional staff at the executive floor namely Eva, Mandy, Erick, Aaron and a few more. Wonderful !

Positive: At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels). Superior food quality and ample choice of both western and local food. Can also find india-style breakfast and fresh sushi. Subway a 2 min walk, a food plaza at 3 min walk....

Negative: Rooms are a little bit outdated, but that was not a big issue.
