Summary: I stayed for one night at the end of a business trip. I was in need of a rest and this hotel was just what I was hoping for. I arrived well before check in time, but was shown to the room right away and was given a room upgrade. The next day, my departing flight was in the evening, and when I asked for a late checkout I was allowed to have the room until 4pm, no questions asked. The staff was outstanding- friendly, helpful, professional and did everything possible to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. This was my first time in Saudi Arabia and I feel I got a sense of the famous Saudi hospitality. As for the hotel itself- it’s palatial! The room, bathroom, facilities, dining experience, etc are everything you would expect from a Ritz Carlton, ie, excellent. But for me, it was the staff that made this hotel special.

Summary: The staff at this property go out of their was to ensure you have a memorable stay. My only regret is the property only has one restaurant and they do not have swimming pool.
