Positive: My stay was overall very pleasant. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The concierge team deserves special praise for their professionalism and helpfulness. I’d also like to highlight Ivy from the dining area, her positive attitude and warm demeanor always made our mornings brighter. The front desk staff were equally kind and generous during check-out. The Caramel Bar was another highlight, elegant atmosphere, excellent food, and great service.

Negative: However, for a five-star hotel, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and below expectations. I would have appreciated a wider variety of dishes and a more diverse menu. Additionally, the women’s spa was unfortunately closed on one of the days of our stay, and according to a staff member, massages were not available that day either
