Summary: Service was very kind and nice There was mold in the bathroom shower, large tear in the rug and the furniture needs updating. Room service was average but everyone from front desk, valet and bell person was very good.

Not only did I receive superior luxury at the same rate, but the service was also impeccable. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming, making the transition seamless. Summary: Service was excellent. Front desk and maids were friendly. We stayed in a suite and it wasn't that nice for the price. It was a glorified Marriott. Relatively clean. We did have some noise above us (we were on the 2nd floor). Not sure if there was a housekeeping room on the floor above but we heard a lot of dragging of things and banging around long after 10pm. We ate at Elway's on the first night and it was ok. My salmon was undercooked and again way overpriced. I wouldn't eat there again.

Summary: This Ritz Carlton was very disappointing. My room was not very clean, finger stains were all over the closet handled, stains were on the wall and the carpet needed some cleaning. This hotel also doesn’t have a swimming pool. I have stayed at other Ritz hotels, this one is far from Ritz Carlton standard.
