Positive: Very nice spot, plenty of room, friendly hosts. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Appreciated all of the essentials provided.

Negative: Kitchen would have been nice to have a tad more, but i see it could he difficult. I like smaller pillows, so maybe a little firmness variety? It was a nice space, albeit a tad basementy.

Positive: The location suited my needs very well. During that week I had a number of appointments at the Jewish National Hospital and the commute was quite acceptable.

Negative: The living room chairs and divan were somewhat uncomfortable. The TV only offered streaming channels.

Positive: The room is spacious with plenty of amenities. The space is basically a studio apartment you will have all to yourself in the fully-furnished basement of the property. It is very modern in styling.

Negative: The only downside is you have to go through the hosts host to get to the room. Honestly, this is only a very minor nitpick. Host was kind and respected my privacy, and the basement can be locked when inside.
