Positive: ALWAYS was great for lunch/brunch and breakfast.....delicious food and not crowded at all. I chose the hotel because it was walking distance from the event that I was attending.

Negative: Only the carpet in the room seemed like it needs replacing, other than that the room was excellent.

Summary: Very convenient and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Positive: I LOVE staying at the Ritz it is a favorite of mine. I don't sleep well in hotel beds but the Ritz is another story.

Negative: My only knock is they don't have a pool. Otherwise it would be perfection.
