Positive: Location was good to where we wanted to be. The apartment did have all we needed inside.

Negative: The amount of paperwork and backwards and forwards with additional information needed to secure the booking even after you had booked it. $500 bond paid on top of what was already an expensive apartment. No personal interactions. Searching for lockboxes that aren’t close to the apartment is not ideal. Wasn’t up to our cleaning standard.

Negative: Would prefer china dinner plates not plastic. Could do with a large bow for snacks. Salt and pepper shaker (not a bag of rock salt) would be a nice touch!
