Summary: I’ve stayed at this hotel three times this year. With its stunning river and city views along with the comfort it offers, this hotel has always given me a pleasant and wonderful experience — it even became the reason I fell in love with Vietnam and Saigon. This place always gives me sweet and beautiful memories, and to me, it is the best hotel in Saigon. I already have my next trip planned for November, and without a doubt, my choice will again be The Reverie Saigon.

Summary: The hotel was amazing. The problem was with the rooms. I booked 2 suites in the 31st floor, and both were extremely humit. The sheets would stick in your body, which makes it difficult to sleep. The humidity problem was with the whole floor, not only with both suites.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, which is perfectly located. Our room was lovely, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture to celebrate our wedding anniversary—it made our visit even more special. A special thank you to Mr. KY, the manager, for his kind attention and for arranging a late check-out for us. With a toddler and a late flight, this extra consideration meant a lot to us. While I did use the spa for a hair treatment, I must admit it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The products used weren’t tailored to different hair types, which was a bit disappointing. That said, housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, and we really enjoyed the nightly turndown service, especially the chocolates—it was such a nice touch. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming
