Positive: Really nice, small apartment located (at least for us) in a perfect location. It’s tucked away on a quiet alley yet literally steps to a main road. There is a grocery store just a few minute walk away, uncountable number of coffee shops, restaurants and more all so close. Because it’s located near a roundabout, I would often walk 30-40 minutes down each one on different days simply to find new areas of the city. We are permanent travelers so stayed for 3 weeks while we renewed our passports. We had access to washing all our clothes, making some very basic meals and ordering Grab delivery often. A quick scooter ride on Grab would drop us off in new neighborhoods (or old ones we frequented for our favorite meals). Our host was helpful with weekly cleanings, tips and suggestions for everything you can think of. Be prepared to pay for your stay in cash upon arrival (plan ahead). Some of the neighbors can be noisy at times but it’s nothing we couldn’t tolerate (and it was short lived).

Negative: I would say the utensils are very flimsy (trying to mash a hard boiled egg bends the fork). There were no cooking utensils provided so even though a pan is provided you still cannot cook as there is nothing to stir with. The knives are very dull. Most people may not care but when you stay for 3 weeks, the need to cook becomes essential. So my suggestion is a slight upgrade to make the kitchenette more usable.

Positive: Tracy is extremely service-minded, and makes everything easy. It is very centered. Close to main streets, but still quiet at night, which is amazing in a big vietnamese city!
