Summary: Stayed before so we knew what to expect but this time was a mega bummer. The restaurant which is the only way to really eat up there was really short staffed. I work as a manager at a restaurant on the strip. I felt terrible for staff and no manager present to inform guests what the issues were was unacceptable. Want to be clean the servers did great with the limited resources. No outlets worked in room. The watermelon I bought from the little store tasted spoiled. And the outdoor tables that used to be outside were replaced with rickety old picnic tables. Just could’ve done better, seemed like everyone could see there was issues but just didn’t care. Super bummer. Seems like since it’s the only option to stay up there it’s run like they don’t care about the guest

Summary: Wasn't greeted like they really appreciated my family as a guests. Me No elevator but Wasn't offered a cart or help bringing items up to 3rd floor room. Basic rooms and basic atmosphere.

Summary: Great rustic, historic, mountain property. Good price for the type of room it was. No elevator so be sure you can do stairs if you get 2nd floor or 3rd floor. Nice get away. Nothing broken but needs some cosmetic renovation needed. Staff was very good and helpful.

Summary: I wanted to beat the Vegas heat and was able to book a room with a balcony the day before. As many have mentioned, the property is outdated, but the scenery more than makes up for it. I loved that it was pet friendly, my doggie enjoyed the property as well.

Summary: We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was amazing. This trip not so much. Had to ask for rollaway bed twice. There was soap in the bathroom with hair on it when we got there as well as hair in the bathtub. The service and food at the restaurant was amazing, however.

Summary: I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff welcomed me and while i was there. It was storming. I was able to sleep with my door open and watched the rain. Also the hotel staff rented me binoculars to stargaze it was nice.

Summary: It’s an easy drive from Vegas about 45 minutes and 15 miles of nice driving. The room was nice and cozy. Upon check-in the girls were lounging and seemed bothered to check us in. It was hard to sleep In I hear vacuuming at 7 am it’s a small inn. The surrounding area is nice. Not much around so pack a cooler.
