Summary: It was great place to stay for a few days. We stay places based on the pool and the picture of the pool was deceptive. It looked like we could swim laps and it was not big enough to do so.

Summary: Everything was great, except when my daughter broke her arm and didn’t want to share the pull out couch with her sister, they wouldn’t give us an extra cot because of “safety” reasons. So she had to sleep on the floor.

Summary: Fabulous location at the base of the slopes. Swimming pool and hot tubs were amazing. Really spacious 2 bed 2 bath suite with full equipped kitchen and comfy beds.

Summary: We love Sun Peaks and we always enjoy the Grand with our kids. This time our expectations exceeded our experience unfortunately. We noticed that the hotel common areas and pool deck/pool water were not clean. And that the hotel needed some TLC. And a few other guests that we spoke with shared the same feedback with us.

Summary: Always love staying at the Residences. There are some things that are not as good but with staffing shortages, we understand. Cleanliness, particularly of the shower is one of them. The sink in the kitchen had a major leak. But otherwise, great stay.

Summary: We stayed 6 nights in a one bedroom suite and had an amazing stay! Plenty of room for the three of us our suite had all the amenities you would need for 6 nights and days. Even though the hotel was short staffed you wouldn’t have know it. The pool and hot tub area was perfect for relaxing and playing. We look forward to our next stay and will never forget the room number we stayed in.
