Positive: The place looks good just not being cleaned and maintained properly, our door didn't close,,,had to fight it each time for it to close. The bathroom is so nice just lacked hot water the night we got there. I liked the guy from the gate, he is so professional but the cleaning ladies were not so professional, Saturday morning they arrived around 8 when my girlfriend was still sleeping and they started making noise has to ask them to lower their voices 😕

Negative: You guys didn't give us all the things you claim to offer for the room I ordered. Even the wine glass was never offered when we arrived even though I don't drink.

Positive: Everything! Beautiful accommodation,friendly host, and we even received an upgrade on the room which was perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool down in the extremely hot weather. We received a voucher for breakfast which was delicious as well. Very happy with the stay and we will recommend the accommodation for our future travels.

Negative: Everything was perfect but the hard bed.
