Positive: This place is very fancy and very comfortable. And staff is wonderful. Food here is good.

Negative: The location is so far from everything! It’s more like being on a compound. If you’re looking for a resort this is the place. But if you’re here to learn a bit about Tunisia stay somewhere else.

Positive: -Very clean -Global kindness of the staff (but not always) -The global level of fooding (again, not always like the tartine with burrata coming with the grilled shrimps, all limp)

Negative: -When I contacted via booking the hotel for airport transfer and they offered me a €60 fees, while I actually paid 25€. - the Room was supposed to be ready in an hour upon my arrival : it wasn’t. They asked me for another 5 minutes. I had to go back cause the receptionist was just gone without orevent me. Then, Another receptionnist was talking loudly to someone else, annoyed, in front of me. - Waiter on the beach seems to be always over loaded, forgetting water to be served. - impossible to have an iron in the room. You must go thtough the laundry service. Pay and wait. - the Restaurant waiter grumbles because I don't have a reservation. (Bunped his fist on the table, humor gesture) - the Medium-rare beef 74.-Dt (23€) with amuse bouche portion : just a joke ! - the Room is very noisy, hearing the furnitures movment from the restaurant after the dinner service (around midnight) - Poor quality of Wi-Fi, disconnected every minute. - the Cushion ordered: never arrived, i had to call one hour after ordering it. (Good exemple of the house keeping service if you need your stuff to get ironed) - Room service: i ordered a club sandwich without cheese: arrives with cheese

Positive: Staff were exceptional in their service, gave great recommendations for -hammams, hairdressers, etc. Diana the resident cat and her carer were both very endearing. She’s a very royal cat and fits the place well. Hotel smells amazing and is very welcoming and soothing on the senses. The evening entertainment-singing was great. Staff are very friendly and greet guests individually. The onsite mini farm producing fresh organic herbs, oranges, olive oil etc used in the cooking is truly exceptional.

Negative: As it’s low season the beach was very quiet but uncared for in some parts. Glass bottles and rubbish was dumped near the private beach, although the sandy part was clean. The hotel land is vast with hens onsite but their cages were small and could easily be expanded. The food variety was limited for vegetarians- more variety of small dishes, mezze style of different cuisines, would be welcomed.

Summary: Elegant luxury hotel with superb service.
