Positive: A beautifully styled symphony of neutrals and linens with artfully placed objects. Comfortable bed. Cosy fire and good central heating Would have scored then if not for the stingy breakfast

Negative: The miserly breakfasts. 300 mls of milk. One small individual yoghurt and a tablespoon of butter was supplied for two breakfasts each for two people. There was no pepper for our boiled egg and the only salt came in large crystal form which could not be used on the egg. No choice of preserves just honey. No fruit as described in the cottage notes. No choice of cereal just muesli . Bring your own milk preserves and condiments and butter if you want a decent breakfast!!

Positive: Repose is incredibly beautiful. The hosts have thought of everything including local food and cocktails. The bed was comfy with beautiful linens. The fireplaces are stacked with wood. It is truly a beautiful retreat.

Positive: Beautiful. One of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed in. Kate provided everything we would need for a week stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. Kate went beyond expectations- little surprises everywhere . Beautiful bread , honey, butter, milk & juice on arrival!! So amazing. The most comfortable bed we have ever had in a home stay. Pillows , linen , mattress absolutely perfect.

Negative: Everything was fantastic, but to be picky, I would say more power points in the bedroom - that is definitely not the owners fault & we always take a 4 plug extension, so it was fine.
