Summary: My stay was comfortable. No complaints. The rooms are fairly well appointed and the staff helpful. The only feedback would be that the bath area in the room I stayed in was extremely tiny and no space to move about. Since my room was located closer to the main road, it was a little noisy.

Summary: I booked online for 5 nights having never been in Kochi before. The hotel was very comfortable with a choice of restaurants and a bar. The food I had was great in two of the restaurants. All the staff from top down were friendly and accommodating. I think the location is more suited to business men than tourists as it is not close to any of the major attractions of Kochi. HoweverI would recommend the hotel itself.

Summary: This hotel was better than expected. The room and bathroom were clean although the bathroom was a tad small. Staff were friendly and competent. The seafood restaurant served great Keralan food but was a tad expensive by Keralan standards. I would recommend this hotel to others not wanting to be right in the city centre.

Summary: The hotel is located closer to the airport than the fancier hotels we stayed in on our way in to Kochi, so that helped as flights leave after midnight and you want to squeeze in as much sleep as you can. It has good restaurants, international quality services, and good service people. The rooms are comfortable with modern amenities. We would stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the Indian restaurant was of a high standard but a word of warning if you are sensitive to spices you will have difficulty finding food anywhere that is european in nature, there are no McDonnell outlets or the like which suited us but if you are the type that goes and expects European standards wherever you go in the world then forget India!! The hotel is in the city so it is not exactly picturesque, but in the middle of hustle and bistle. Shopping is great if you like indian style clothing, the M.G road is well known by taxi drivers and only about ten minutes by autorickshaw and travelling is cheap. Cherrai beach is about forty minuts away by taxi and is beautiful, the backwater trips are reasonably priced and very relaxing, one of these trips is about an hour away by taxi. Do travel by train to explore further afield, they are very cheap and quicker than a taxi, the statiopn is about fifteen minutes by taxi away from the hotel. Go first class though if you want air conditioning. We found the people of Kerrala very welcoming and polite. There are beggars around but unlike other cities in India they are not as intrusive and will take no for an answer and do not generally follow you around.
