Summary: This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher.

Summary: My family and I had a great 2 month long stay at Joy's apartment. The apartment is near the heart of the city, all the amenities you need, good security in the complex and a property manager who will help you with anything you need. Joy is also very responsive in case you need something fixed in the home. I highly recommend his place

Summary: We had the wonderful pleasure of staying during our recent visit to Cochin. There was plenty of room for my family of four and all the convenience of home - several AC rooms, televisions (equipped with Netflix, Prime, etc.), Wi-Fi, a fully functional kitchen, modern bathrooms, storage, and so much more. We are so glad we stayed here versus a hotel.

Summary: Apartment was as advertised. Large space with many amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. Gym and swimming pool were nice extras. Can give a good recommendation for anyone that wants a lot of space and quality. View looking out onto the lagoon was serene and overall area was quiet.

Summary: The property has beautiful views and all the security people were very polite and very helpful. I found nothing that was not consistent with the description of the property. . My only criticism would be that for myself as a 70 year old gentleman I found the mattress es too hard for my liking.
