Positive: Spacious apartment because we received a complimentary upgrade. Washer in apartment very helpful.

Negative: Rugs in bedrooms need to be cleaned/replaced. Had booked a studio, when we found out it was below ground level we didn’t accept it and we got an apartment on the second floor that was a little dated.

Summary: Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in good area. Great to have a washer in apartment. Carpeting tired in the bedrooms.

Positive: Great location with him walking distance to major sights and attractions.

Negative: The en suite bathroom didn’t flush properly. Zero counter space in the en suite bathroom and the main bedroom.

Positive: Location and apartment were great! Staff were responsive. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to underground, good local pub with great food. Felt safe.

Negative: No dishwashing tablets, but a dishwasher (another apartment family were in had tablets). No drinking glasses, but staff arranged for delivery. No baking trays, but apartment has an oven. Heaters worked in bedroom (where we didn’t need), but not in lounge which is where we wanted to use for about 1h in the morning.

Summary: Overall good stay with a few shortcomings.

Positive: Quiet neighborhood, near lots of amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, fridge etc) and attractions. Was great to have some room to spread out in. Easily walkable or tube-able to most major attractions.

Positive: Super Clean, easy to get to, we were in a basement but still had a great stay, all the amenities were great including an in unit washer/dryer! We enjoyed the space even though we pretty much only slept there. 10ish minute walk to the closest tube station!

Negative: They started doing construction on the wall above our bed at 7:45 AM and when we didn't get in until 2AM the night before due to travel delays that was unfortunate. Other than that it was a great stay!

Summary: Clean, comfortable, quiet location, walkable to tube.

Positive: The flat was spacious, in a good location, comfortable, and worked very well for us. The staff was exceptional!!

Negative: Nothing really. If I had to say one thing, I would mention that the kitchen could use a mixing bowl or two.
