Summary: The staff and reception are friendly. Check in is fast. We have 3 adults and 1 kid in my family. They offer us a free upgrade to a much larger and luxury room because they said the room we booked may be too small for 4 people. They are so kind and considerate.

Summary: The hotel was nice. Room was a good size (we had a one bedroom with sea view). It was a little dated, though. Receptionist was lovely on our check in. The hotel had a swimming pool and hot tub which were fed by geothermal water which made them beautifully hot and very pleasant. Room had cooking facilities which was useful. Hotel is a little bit out of the centre of town, but the uber was only around $10. Parking was on site, again useful. Overall a pleasant stay.
