Summary: The service was very good as the staff are generally friendly and helpful. I had much better staff interactions here than at any other resort I’ve been to. I was at Atlantis for 6 days and was still finding new things to do by the end of the trip. We lounged by a different pool each day and spent time at different beaches as well. We probably would’ve needed another week to get to everything. The food is good at all of the little stands you find throughout the resort. The restaurants are pricey, as you’d probably expect, but you’ll definitely enjoy the meal. We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Great amenities for families and easy to get around. Loved it here with my little one. Loads to do and explore. Rooms are in need of some minor repairs but overall would stay again. Only issue is the cost is extremely high for everything.

Summary: COVE and Royal are much better in my option. I thought Reef will be nicer than Royal but it’s not. Also Cove doesn’t allow kids.

Summary: I liked the resorts. I did not like the restaurant fish by Andres at the cove . This restaurant tried to charge my husband's credit card twice. We went to the manager who told that accounting did it which we pointed out was untrue as a member of the staff had to initiate the credit card charges. Daddy s went by and the erroneous pending charge was not fixed. My husband had to call his bank and place a fraud alert on his credit card account and dispute the pending charge.

Summary: Well I can’t rate the reef at the Atlantis because they over booked and had to move us to the main royal resort. It worked out and I demanded resort credits which I did receive 450 dollars but it’s not right that you book one resort and they give you the bait and switch routine!
