Positive: The staff was amazing. I had a desater stay in Freeport and the staff help me with a big problem. The room was very good. Poolbar was nice and the baarkeper had always a smile.

Negative: The rooms needs to be upgraded and cleaned properly. The ceiling fans has not been cleaned for a long time and caused my allergies to kick in. The toilet hardly flushed and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned.

Positive: The staff were lovely and the location, close to the Atlantis, was great. If you are planning on spending most of your time outside of the rooms, then it is worth the money.
Negative: The rooms need to be updated. There is a damp smell and I was not a fan of the bathroom or the air conditioning, it was very noisy.
