Positive: I wanted some peace and quiet on my own for a couple of nights before walking with a friend near Malham on the weekend. Studio 1 was perfect. The hosts were lovely, as is the location.

Negative: Check in process could have been smoother. We were sent old instructions and then discovered someone else had checked themselves into our room. We agreed with the owner to switch rooms however this was a mistake as the studio room behind ( I think 3) has a fire alarm unit outside the door which beeped at random times consistently through the night. It was disappointing when we had been accommodating at checkin to receive a booking.com msg charging us £39 for spilling a glass of water on the carpet 2 minutes before checkout and breaking a cheap mug (the kitchen has a hard floor). We didn’t pay as it was water that only needed an hour to dry though I did offer a few quid for the mug! Disappointed as this could have been a wonderful stay if we had been in our original booked room.

Positive: Lovely place, enjoyed our stay. Clean/tidy and apart from buying food/drink everything was provided. Bed was comfortable, enjoyed having a walk into Grassington. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Positive: What a beautiful property in such a picturesque location. Only a short walk into Grassington and a wonderful pub across the stream. The welcome pack of essentials was a really nice touch by the owners. 10/10
