Positive: Really nice property with lots to do. Got rooms close to the reception. The a la carte restaurants were really good quality but hard to get reservations for.

Negative: Hard to get reservations for the a la carte restaurants. The food was very same and not a change of options daily.

Positive: Peace and tranquility, nice restaurants, and lovely beach area with bars

Negative: Shortage of teaspoons at breakfast, and the birds can be a bit annoying at breakfast, as the ‘flag man’ is not always there, but the waiters clean the empty plates very quick, which help.

Positive: The hotel has a fantastic relaxed vibe. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do anymore for you. The grounds were immaculately presented and well maintained. The food was great in the buffet and the restaurants. We enjoyed O beach the most. The games and activities are awesome and the entertainment team were always about having fun. Finally the staff in the boat house went above and beyond on a daily basis, laughing, joking and having fun with my family when we were going out on either the pedalos, kayaks or hobby cat. Clearly a great team!!

Negative: We were lucky enough to be upgraded to luxury suite. The rooms were huge but felt a little tired and probably in need of updating (which we noticed was already underway elsewhere in the hotel). Very minor point really.

Positive: The hotel is nicely isolated with an almost private beach (all beaches are public, but as this one is protected from both sides of the bay, it is in fact private). The premises of the hotel are nice, with three pools and quite a number of restaurants. We definitely recommend visiting those restaurant (you need to make a reservation as soon as you arrive and if they say, they are all occupied, you need to get angry and they will find a spot). The normal "all-inclusive" restaurant/buffet is quite mediocre though satisfactory. We must thank Marvin, who took great care of us and all the staff was really friendly.

Negative: The room could have been nice, if it was refurbished in the last decade at least once. Jokes aside, water leaking from the ceiling at several spots, the air inside heavy and stale. Luckily we spent only 4 nights, capitalized with a big roach visiting us the last one (really it is not such a thing to put something to block the big gap below the entry door). Definitely not recommending staying longer or you need to be really assertive and get a newly-refurbished one.

Summary: Friendly helpful staff, nice beach, satisfactory meals and rooms stale as hell

Positive: Some staff were helpful and the pool was enjoyable.

Negative: We got the room keys 1 1/2 hours after checkin time although the hotel compensated us by a free lunch. We were three children and my wife and I and the family suite did not adequately cater for the children sleeping place. The sofa cum bed was uncomfortable for my 17 years old daughter. We requested an extra bed which was delivered to us after 3 requests at that too at around 9.30 pm. The shower room only opened quarter way! Dinner was disappointing for us vegetarians. There were options but they were mostly substandard.

Summary: My family's high spirit made up for a disappointing infrastructure, amenities and food.
