Positive: The activity staff were exceptional and knowledgeable. The games room and pool were excellent. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The internet was perfect for providing quality time together. The location was amazing.

Negative: That we had to provide our own soap, shampoo and conditioner without prior warning. There was no hairdryer or shower cap. It would have been great to have fresh towels with a room service during our stay.

Summary: Time for rest and relaxation and an opportunity to reset.

Negative: Staff wasn’t very helpful , hesitant to give us details about the facilities in advance directing us to to the booklet which isn’t very clear . We couldn’t find the games room , not sure whether it was open. Website wasn’t clear about activities being available only on saturdays. Basketball court did not have balls nearby and had to collect it when office is open and would miss it in the evening when offices are closed

Summary: Would love to return as the environment is so calm and serene and definitely hit the switch. Only wish staff really pay
