This stylish and brand-new self-contained unit is within walking distance of the world-class golf course (Rosebud Country Club) and provides 1 bedroom. Close proximity to the Peninsula Hot Springs in Rye and Rosebud Beach.
Please note this is a unit, and the owner lives on-site in his home at the front. The owner is lovely, respectful and will not interfere with your stay at all unless requested.
THE SPACE
Welcome to a fully self-contained haven, complete with its own well-appointed kitchen, a serene bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, a bathroom boasting a refreshing shower and toilet, and a cozy lounge area adorned with a comfortable couch. For those accompanied by little ones, a convenient portacot awaits. WIFI is also offered to guests.
Nestled discreetly behind the owner's abode, this self-contained oasis provides a sense of seclusion while offering all the comforts of a home away from home.
Tailored to accommodate two adults and a child, this unit epitomizes the ideal golf-side retreat, a place where you can savour your holiday to the fullest while basking in pure relaxation.
Unfortunately, the home does not have an oven or stove, but it does have a BBQ, Air Fryer and Electric Fry Pan that is available for use.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Summary: This place was awesome.. very clean and was equipped with everything you need for a little home away from home.. Summary: It was Great, lovely little place, clean, had everything we needed. Only thing is the bed was why to soft, No smart TV so couldn't cast and I couldn't get the BBQ to work. Other than that, I fully recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed the property and had a great time, appreciated the complementary wine. Peaceful spot which we would consider returning to for future holidays. Notes: Description of property: (not to be picky, and not to demand refund at all, very happy with experience, but important to note) "Our property is a brand new unit located on a large block behind a house" The property is actually adjoining to the house and is not separate from the property. This wasn't a deal breaker but is not as advertised. The name "GolfSide Getaway" is also a little gimmicky. It is not "Golf Side" however it is on a property that is close to the golf course, but not physically golfside. But yes, a short walk away. unsure if it is a local gov. issue or not, but it is a shame there was no recycling options only general waste. also the aircon unit is over powering for the space, you should consider a smaller unit. was pretty loud and hard to maintain a comfortable temperature.
