Positive: The Ranch is beautiful, warm and comforting place. A huge farmhouse located in the centre combined with an outdoor fire-pit area where you can enjoy the outside privately. An amazing wide window view of the outdoor from the dinning table. Perfect for a small group of family and friends that wants to have a short, or long vacation.

Negative: Nothing that we didn’t like about the place. There were only a few minor concern that needs to be addressed. •One of the bedroom door could not be close. •The electric stove would have been better if it was a gas stove. • The drive path was muddy but due to heavy rains, but other than that, I have no complain

Negative: Lot of mud outside due to a pool being dug in. Totally understandable due to the weather tho. The place will even be better once the pool is completed.

Positive: The rooms were spacious and accommodated all 12 of us. The living area and dining area is large and seated all of us comfortably. Large TV for our movie night - stan/netflix/prime all included. We especially loved that there are no properties around the residence. So peaceful and could stay up for laughs late.

Negative: Didn't see any kangaroos in the morning

Negative: A lot of cockroaches and the place needs a LOT of work. Would have been nice to have clean windows etc. I had to remove spiders webs from outside the entry, doors, windows before the remainder of the guests arrived as I was embarrassed.
