Summary: A few highlights: - Property manager (not Mary Beth) was rude and unprofessional. Too much to tell, but in short she ridiculed us for using Vrbo and was very hostile in trying to work out an issue that came down to misunderstandings or miscommunication, and the property manager not knowing who we as staying at which cabin. We never raised our voices with her or personally attacked her, but I cannot say the same for her. - Many maintenance issues with the cabin. Things needed to be repaired, and those that were repaired were not done well. - I’m not sure what was going on with the water, but when we did have some pressure it was not hot. Sometimes no water came out at all. - We could not report any issues as the property manager as said she did not want any phone calls. - The location is remote and by a river. That was nice.

Summary: We loved every minute of our stay and didn’t want to leave! The cabin was amazing! The canoes were so much fun on the River and having the property dogs to play with made it feel like home. The property manager was great to communicate!

Summary: Overall this stay was excellent. The location is a quiet, private area surrounded by pretty countryside. The issues we had were two-fold. 1) Quite a few little things in the house needed routine upkeep (dozens of lightbulbs needed replacement, a primary table lamp in the living area is a hazard that has been taped and bent to try and salvage but it is a hazard that should be destroyed, bedside reading lamp in loft bedroom is detached from wall and needs secured, etc.. All of these are small things but when added together it is inefficient and troublesome. It would not cost anything to fix other than the one lamp replaced but make the stay more usable. 2) We did not have any communication from property about check-in , directions and details that that I did not create. After several contacts I received the info day before check-in, not sure what the problem was but property wanted to blame vrbo. This worked out and we would stay again but neither of these should have happened.

(I loved the pups!) The directions and instructions were very helpful. We will be back again. Thank you!
