Positive: Location and the staff were absolutely lovey and very helpful, polite and attentive.

Negative: The room was very cold and adjusting the radiator didn’t quite warm it up enough. Despite tea and coffee in the lobby it was very disappointing to not have tea and coffee facilities in the room for a morning hot drink.

Positive: We stayed here as part of our engagement celebration. Having been here before for our first weekend get away, we could have had a better time away with yourselves. We were warmly welcomed, the flowers in our room which were provided for my Fiancé were perfect, and the room was utterly divine. The room itself was exceptional - we loved the decor, space and bathroom, everything was just perfect. We had a few drinks downstairs and the service was great along with the drinks too (Paloma in particular was very tasty) We ended up having breakfast downstairs and we could not fault it. My full English tasted amazing and my fiancé’s omelette was very very good.

Negative: Couldn’t find a fault. The staff, facilities and service was utterly brilliant.

Summary: Simply perfect, well looked after and we shall be coming back again very soon.

Positive: Stayed on the night of our wedding, they kindly left a complimentary bottle of fizz in the room for when we returned. Very clean and great location, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Negative: No tea/coffee in the rooms, all at stations on the landing. Needing to get dressed to go and get a hot drink on the next landing.
