Positive: It's easy to see why this excellent hotel is so popular with local and international guests. Situated in Jayanagar, where high-quality shops and restaurants abound, the hotel is at its centre. South End Circle metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away, with access to the city's expanding metro network. The hotel is good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff are everywhere. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. I experienced some noise from nearby construction and was moved immediately to a lovely, peaceful room. Everything that one might expect from a superior hotel is available, including laundry and room service. Hot water and WiFi are both reliable. The hotel boasts two restaurants and caters for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tastes. Breakfast is very good. This hotel is a great place to stay.

Negative: There is nothing l did not like. It is a superb place to stay.
